During the early years of my Hockey career I battled with managing my emotions, being consistent and performing at the level I was capable of. I often suffered from the fear of failure and limiting beliefs. I knew that this was not conducive to achieving my goal of playing for Great Britain or competing as a professional athlete.
I am happy to say that after 11 World Championships representing Great Britain and a semi professional career, I was able to make that change.
Today I speak on my ’3 Principles of a Winning Mindset’ to athletes, students and charities enabling them to make the required change in their lives too.
As a result they have developed their mental state, become more consistent, increased their self belief and are taking action towards achieving their goals.
What’s your story? It would be great to hear from you!
