He is passionate about people development and his subtle, yet direct approach to performance improvement achieves remarkable results for his clients.

Andrew competed as a professional athlete playing Roller Hockey for the California Slipjacks and representing Great Britain as a player, captain and coach. In 2006 he coached the British team to a Gold medal at the amateur World Championships in Hungary.

He has a deep understanding and experience of people development, performance improvement and a strong commercial background. He has spent several years working for blue chip organisations in both sales and management, and as a consultant for a leading UK consultancy.

Andrew is a member of Coaching Development Ltd, which is recognised by the International Coaching Federation. ICF is the largest and most recognised association for coaches worldwide.
